This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to purchasing any products and services purchased through Dropbuild.co. Please ensure you read and understand all conditions before making any purchase.
Cost of Service
Cost of service is for your store design and setup. Hosting is not provided as part of our service. After your 14-day Shopify trial runs out you need to pay for your Shopify store to be activated to continue hosting your store.
Suppliers & Products
Please note that we import products that are available at that moment from various suppliers. After your store is delivered we are not responsible for the stock or inventory of any respective product or supplier. These are subject to change or removal at any time.
Support & Guidance
Support & Guidance includes answers and guidance to any questions you may have regarding dropshipping, marketing and running your store. If member does not have an active Shopify subscription after 14 days Standard support becomes void and will not be rendered.
Note: Our support DOES NOT include theme, layout or marketing material customization after you have accepted the store. Our themes can be easily customized or changed and our services rendered are done once and are all final.
We hold the right to terminate services to people who don't respect Dropbuild company and its employees, even without prior notice.
Payment Gateway
Shopify payment gateway policies prohibit certain substances and items from being sold. Dropbuild.co does not take responsibility or provide payment gateway/setup for unapproved products. Store owners are responsible for their own payment gateway approvals.
Fulfillment of Service
Once your order has been received, we will confirm your purchase within 24 hours. Our team will then begin working on your store. It’s important to note that we will give you an estimated delivery time. This is only an estimate and does not guarantee on time delivery.

We guarantee that we will provide a website with the potential to generate an online income, help you with any question about dropshipping, marketing and running your store.
